Capturing Timeless Moments: Hayley & Brad’s Engagement Session

In the heart of Southbank, Melbourne, we had the pleasure of capturing pre-wedding photography of Hayley and Brad, a couple whose journey began on a dating app. Meeting on Bumble, their profiles held little information, but their connection blossomed anyway. With four wonderful years together, they shared a unique journey leading to their engagement.

An unconventional proposal

When asked about the proposal, Hayley and Brad share a smile, since there was no elaborate proposal moment; rather, they simply decided to embark on the journey of marriage together.

A Glimpse into the Future:

As we talked about their wedding plans, Hayley and Brad expressed their vision for their big day. Envisioning a wintery moody ambiance with a wine bar and a big dinner party, they’re set to celebrate their love with friends and family. Their chosen venue, Two Ton Max, promises an industrial charm that resonates with their personalities.

A Perfect Fit for Outdoors:

Choosing a location that truly reflects a couple’s essence is essential in pre-wedding photography. For Hayley and Brad, nature and water hold a special place in their hearts. Their preference for the outdoors, especially around water, led us to the stunning Southbank area along the Yarra River. This choice beautifully mirrored their first date at Arbory eatery, creating an intimate and authentic setting for their engagement session.

A Love for Simple Pleasures:

When we asked how they spend their days together, Hayley and Brad’s responses radiated simplicity and joy. From catching up on favourite TV shows to counting cats during leisurely walks, their bond is built on shared moments and the little things that make their relationship unique. Their ability to find happiness in each other’s company is a testament to the strength of their love.

Capturing Love and Laughter:

As photographers, our aim is to capture genuine emotions and connections. Hayley and Brad’s engagement session was a delightful journey of capturing their natural chemistry together. The Southbank backdrop provided a stunning canvas to frame their connection, and every photo captured their essence flawlessly.

In this engagement session, Hayley and Brad’s connection came alive against the backdrop of Southbank’s charm. Their authenticity, love for the simple moments, and unique journey as a couple illuminated every photograph we captured. We are honoured to have been a part of their pre-wedding journey, and we look forward to witnessing the next chapter of their love story as they step into marriage.

Testimonial

Kat and Cristian are so kind and warm, they quickly put us at ease during our engagement shoot. Communication has been very prompt and informative and the sneak peek photos look amazing. We know we are in safe hands for our wedding day!” – Hayley
